Regent Theater Rules
Pearl Street Warehouse is home to some of the hottest shows in Washington D.C. And if you want to experience the shows without any interruption or issues, then you should read the rules below. Failure to abide by these rules may result in being ejected from the venue without refund.

Accessibility Policy
Regent Theater is dedicated to providing as many appropriate accommodations as possible. But as it’s a general admission venue, space may not be available at all shows.

Camera Policy
NO professional cameras (still or video); personal cameras acceptable. No Audio or Video recordings.
If a specific event has an exception, then it will be noted if you call the venue to ask.
COVID-19 Related Policy
There are currently no vaccination documentation requirements for entry. In addition, masks are optional and are no longer required.

Dress Code Policy
Dress for comfort. But please be aware that security will check purses and bags for contraband and illegal items. In addition, please do not wear offensive clothing to the venue. Also, shoes are required.
Lost and Found Policy
If you lost something at the venue then please call (323) 284-5727 after the event to check if anything was found or turned in. You can also visit the venue to see if your item was found.
Please be sure to give your complete contact information as well as a detailed description of your lost item(s). Regent Theater and staff are not responsible for lost items.
Mask Policy
Masks are currently not required for entry.

Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed in the venue
- -no large bags
- -no weapons
- -no chains
- -no roller blades (heeleys, hoverboards, skateboards)
- -no luggage
- -no musical instruments
- -no gang affiliated colors
- -no nudity
- -no sharpies
- -no lasers
- -no fireworks
- -no outside food/beverage
- -no boomboxes/blutooth speakers
- -no beach umbrellas / folding chairs
- -no coolers , snorkels, fins, no swim tanks
- -no pets, no insects, no sea monkeys, no pet rocks
- -no motorcycle helmets
- -no narcotics
- -no outside drinks / canteens, flasks
- -no bullet belts
- -no sharp accessories
- -must be 21+ to carry tobacco products (vapes, e-cigs, smokes, bones, coffin nails)
These could be subject to change per the artist request. The venue reserves the right to adjust the items on this list.
Regent Theater reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.
Re-Entry/Entry Policy
Generally, re-entry is not allowed.
